How The Process Works

  1. Phone or Virtual Interview:

    • This is typically an initial step in the process where the consultant conducts a phone or virtual interview with the client (30-40 minutes). During the interview, the client is likely to discuss various aspects of their professional background, including key accomplishments, experiences, education, trainings, certificates, publications, etc. The consultant may ask specific questions to understand the client's strengths, skills, and career aspirations.

  2. Tips and Additional Information:

    • Based on the information gathered during the interview, the consultant offers personalized tips and additional information. This could include advice on how to highlight specific achievements, tailor the resume for specific job opportunities, or address any potential gaps in the client's professional profile.

  3. Resume Drafting:

    • The consultant takes the collected information and uses it to draft a professional resume for the client. This includes organizing the information in a clear and compelling way, highlighting relevant skills and accomplishments, and ensuring that the resume aligns with the client's career goals.

  4. Turnaround Time:

    • The resume drafting process typically takes 2-3 business days. Should you require quicker processing, we offer expedited service at an additional cost.
