I have successfully managed teams of 20+ employees, overseen operating budgets, supported salary planning, and helped develop multi-million-dollar budgets. 

In the course of my journey, I developed a passion for empowering individuals to realize their full potential, particularly in the realm of their careers. After years of leading teams, interviewing and hiring numerous professionals, I identified a prevalent gap in the career development process — the nuanced art of crafting compelling resumes, cover letters, and CVs. Recognizing the transformative role these documents play in shaping professional trajectories, I found inspiration to establish Paramount Ink Consulting.
